\nAssociate Consultant\/ Junior Analyst
\nEmployment Type: Full-time
\nExperience Required: Minimum 2 years and maximum of 4 years
\nDuty Station: Addis Ababa, with possible travel to project sites when necessary

\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Support preparation of proposals, technical reports, and project documentation.
\nParticipate in data collection planning, data cleaning, management, and analysis.
\nConduct literature reviews, synthesize findings, and contribute to deliverable preparation.
\nAssist senior consultants in research design, survey tool development, and field coordination.
\nPrepare presentations, briefs, and client communication materials.
\nProduce PowerPoint, participate in report writing, data tabulation, data analysis
\nContribute to overall project management and timely delivery of assignments.
\nRepresent BAN-DRCE in various national and international events and forums, collaborate with partners<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications and Skills<\/p>\n
BA\/BSc or MSc in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Health, or related fields.
\nMinimum 2 years of relevant and direct experience in research, consultancy, M&E, or project implementation.
\nStrong analytical and writing skills (reports, proposals, concept notes).
\nExperience with data management and analysis (Excel, Stata, SPSS).
\nExcellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
\nAbility to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.<\/p>\n
