\nTechnical Sales Representative \u2013 Bakery Products
\nJob Purpose:
\nTo drive sales growth of bakery products by providing technical support, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through product knowledge and application expertise.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nSales & Business Development<\/p>\n
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the bakery sector.
\nAchieve sales targets and expand market share for bakery products.
\nPrepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.<\/p>\n
Technical Support & Training<\/p>\n
Provide technical assistance to customers on product usage and application.
\nConduct demonstrations and training sessions for bakers and production teams.
\nTroubleshoot product-related issues and offer solutions.<\/p>\n
Customer Relationship Management<\/p>\n
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
\nGather customer feedback and communicate to the product development team.<\/p>\n
Market Analysis & Reporting<\/p>\n
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
\nPrepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.<\/p>\n
Compliance & Quality Assurance<\/p>\n
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n

Qualifications & Skills:
\nEducation:<\/p>\n
Degree\/Diploma in Food Science, Bakery Technology, or related field.<\/p>\n
Experience: <\/p>\n
Minimum 2\u20133 years in bakery industry or technical sales.<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
Strong knowledge of bakery processes and ingredients.
\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
\nAbility to conduct technical demonstrations and training.
\nProficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
