ARCON Design Build PLC is looking for a highly experienced and strategic Human Resource Division Head to lead and manage the organization\u2019s HR function. The role focuses on workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, policy development, and creating a positive organizational culture that supports growth and productivity.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Lead, develop, and manage the Human Resource team.
\nDesign and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
\nOversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development.
\nEnsure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and organizational HR policies.
\nDevelop and manage compensation, benefits, and employee retention programs.
\nFoster positive employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally.
\nLead disciplinary processes while ensuring fairness and confidentiality.
\nSupport leadership teams on HR planning and organizational development.
\nImplement HR information systems and maintain accurate HR records.
\nPromote a culture of integrity, teamwork, and performance excellence.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Requirements
\nEducation<\/p>\n
Master\u2019s\/bachelor\u2019s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
\nMaster\u2019s Degree is preferred.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum 10\/12 years of progressive HR management experience.
\nAt least 2\/3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
\nExperience in construction, engineering, or related industries is an advantage.<\/p>\n
Knowledge<\/p>\n
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices.
\nExperience with compensation systems, employee relations, and talent management.<\/p>\n
Skills<\/p>\n
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
\nConflict resolution, strategic planning, and analytical thinking.
\nProficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office.<\/p>\n
