This project aims to strengthen local civil society organizations to prevent and respond to harmful practices including Child, Early and Forced Marriage (CEFM), Female Genital Mutilation\/Cutting (FGM\/C), teenage pregnancy, and Gender-Based Violence (GBV) across Ethiopia\u2019s Amhara, Oromia, Somali, and Afar regions.<br \/>\nThe Roving SRH &amp; GBV Specialist will lead efforts to empower girls and women, challenge harmful social and gender norms, and advance comprehensive SRH and GBV services through advocacy and partnerships. The role involves implementing key project pathways, building the capacity of project teams and partners, and promoting gender-transformative and meaningful and inclusive youth participation(MIYP). The Specialist will oversee planning, coordination, and quality delivery of activities, while supporting evidence generation, monitoring, and collaboration with government sectors and civil society organizations.
