\n Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Receive and inspect deliveries of fuel, oil, and lubricants for quality and quantity.
\nMaintain accurate inventory records using manual or computerized systems.
\nStore products safely according to regulatory and company standards.
\nCoordinate with procurement to reorder stock based on usage and forecasts.
\nDistribute fuel, oil, and lubricants to automotive technicians as needed.
\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
\nConduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area.
\nAssist in training staff on proper handling and storage procedures.
\nPrepare reports on inventory status and usage trends.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities requirement<\/p>\n
Previous experience in inventory or warehouse management
\nKnowledge of automotive fuel, oils and lubricants
\nAbility to lift and move heavy containers
\nFamiliarity with inventory software and basic computer skills
\nStrong organizational and time management skills
\nAttention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\nUnderstanding of safety and environmental regulations
\nGood communication and interpersonal skills
\nForklift certification is a plus
\nWillingness to work in a physically demanding environment<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
College diploma or higher level education in the relevant field and technical certification is preferred<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
4 years relevant experience out of which 2 years of experience as Fuel, Oil and Lubricants Storekeeper in vehicle maintenance workshop<\/p>\n
