\nThe Opportunity:
\nThe Log Assistant, Warehouse & Asset is responsible to manage and operate warehouse activities including receipt, storage, control, and issuance of supplies and equipment; receives deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing storage of fixed assets, records the property of the PA\/field Office, and conduct inventory and Mainly manages GIK commodities (RUSF, CSB++, and Other) as per Plan International GIK (Gifts In Kind) SOP and WFP warehouse standards. S\/he ensures accurate receipt via LESS Last Mile, FEFO\/FIFO stock management, Stock reporting, pest\/humidity control, and asset tracking to support TSFP achieving >85% MAM coverage with zero stock-outs.

Understands and puts into practice the responsibilities under Safeguarding and GEI policies and Plan International\u2019s Code of Conduct (CoC), ensuring that concerns are reported and managed per the appropriate procedures.
\nEnsures that all staff in the unit\/function\/department are properly inducted on and understand their role in upholding Plan International\u2019s safeguarding and GEI policies;
\nEnsures that Plan International\u2019s global policies for Safeguarding Children and Young People and Gender Equality and Inclusion are fully embedded in day-to-day work.

About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications\/ Experience\/Skills Essential:<\/p>\n
BA\/Diploma in Business Administration, Purchasing & Supplies Management, and\/or other related disciplines.
\nMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
\nExperience in storekeeping, warehousing, stock control, or related roles within an in NGO is preferred.
\nExcellent knowledge of MS Office software suite.
\nAbility to solve problems, take initiative, and plan the tasks<\/p>\n
Qualifications\/ experience desirable:<\/p>\n
Excellent in Stock report production
\nFlexibility with time to work extra hours when the project requires
\nMust have knowledge and experience in storekeeping.
\nKnowledge in basic bookkeeping.
\nMust be keen on details.
\nMust have strong built to carry supplies.
\nStrong human relations skills.
