The Marketing & Promotion Officer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support sales objectives. This role focuses on both digital and offline promotion strategies to effectively reach target audiences.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns aligned with business goals
\nManage social media platforms, content calendars, and audience engagement
\nCreate and coordinate promotional materials (digital ads, posters, videos, email campaigns)
\nCollaborate with sales and creative teams to support product launches and promotions
\nMonitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and improvements
\nConduct market research to identify trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity
\nManage influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and event promotions
\nEnsure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Required Skills & Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
\nProven experience in marketing, promotion, or social media management
\nStrong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
\nExcellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
\nAbility to plan campaigns, manage deadlines, and multitask effectively
\nCreative mindset with data-driven decision-making ability<\/p>\n

Experience with paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
\nBasic graphic design or video editing skills
