This role involves leading the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, and addressing employee relations issues to maintain strong engagement and morale.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.<br \/>\nScreening applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating selection.<br \/>\nCollaborate with department heads and understand clients staffing needs and create job descriptions.<br \/>\nMaintain an active talent pipeline to ensure timely filling of vacancies.<br \/>\nEnsure recruitment practices comply with applicable labor laws and company policies.<br \/>\nPrepare reports and analytics on recruitment activities, employee engagement and workplace issues.<br \/>\nParticipate in HR planning initiatives, including workforce development and succession planning.<br \/>\nOversee and manage payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and Ethiopian labor law.<br \/>\nVerify, and validate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and leave records.<br \/>\nCoordinate with Finance and relevant departments to ensure timely salary disbursement.<br \/>\nMaintain and update payroll records in the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.<br \/>\nAct as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.<br \/>\nConduct investigations into workplace issues and recommend appropriate solutions.<br \/>\nPromote a positive workplace culture through proactive communication and engagement initiatives.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements in handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.<br \/>\nProvide guidance and support to management on employee relations best practices.<br \/>\nAssist managers in addressing performance issues and developing improvement plans.<br \/>\nProvide guidance on disciplinary actions and ensure fairness and compliance.<br \/>\nConduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.<br \/>\nEnsure smooth off boarding processes, including final settlements and clearances.<br \/>\nTrain and mentor junior HR staff as needed<\/p>\n<p>About You<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n<p>Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
