The Operations Director at Flipper International School PLC will oversee the day-to-day operations within the Accounting and Finance, Development, and Project Management sectors. \nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
\nOversee budgeting and financial management processes to ensure fiscal responsibility.

About You<\/p>\n
Education & Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Finance, or a related field
\nMaster\u2019s degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred
\nProfessional certifications in operations, project management, or leadership are an advantage<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum 8\u201312 years of progressive experience in operations or general management
\nAt least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-department operations
\nProven experience in strategic planning, process improvement, and organizational performance
\nExperience in education, service, or multi-site organizations is an added advantage<\/p>\n
