Organizes, manages & controls the store using up to date standards
\nArranges the periodic physical count of inventory; initiates the reconciliation of actual inventory & inventory balance on the records.
\nVerifies & approves the appropriateness materials issue & receipt vouchers.
\nManage and maintain the company\u2019s inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.
\nProvides routine management information on inventory performance.
\nMonitors and evaluates spare parts & consumables usage & costs.
\nAssumes responsibility for managing and running planned stock levels.
\nExerts efforts & controls to avoid obsolescence, damage, spoilage or capital tied up; identifies & reports slow moving materials to manager.
\nEnsures that materials in store have insurance policies.
\nEnsures proper arrangement & storage of materials.
\nDevelops economic usage of store & presents to responsible body; implements after approval.
\nDistinguishes the materials returned to store in to those which are usable & worthless; initiates the discarding of worthless items & the repair of usable materials.
\nMakes storage of items no longer needed by the company in the separate place & properly; produces reports on mechanism of selling these items.Generates periodic reports about its duty& presents to the Manager<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
