Applications that do not meet the full requirements will not be considered.<br \/>\nIf you do not fully meet ALL the requirements listed below, please do NOT apply.<br \/>\nPosition Purpose<br \/>\nSupport the CEO by driving disciplined execution of marketing and sales strategies, managing complex commercial tasks and cross-functional projects, closing execution gaps, and ensuring accountability through technology-enabled task management, ERP-driven reporting, and KPI analysis.<br \/>\nThis role exists to filter, analyze, and convert company plans and reports into CEO-ready insights; ensuring execution meets required standards in a fast-growing organization.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n1.CEO Executive &amp; Strategic Support<\/p>\n<p>Manage CEO calendar, priorities, meetings, and structured follow-ups.<br \/>\nPrepare executive reports, presentations, dashboards, and decision briefs.<br \/>\nTrack CEO directives and ensure on-time execution across departments.<\/p>\n<p>2. Marketing &amp; Sales Planning (Core Responsibility)<\/p>\n<p>Translate approved strategy into monthly and quarterly marketing &amp; sales execution plans.<br \/>\nSupport execution of: Route-to-market strategies, Dealer, distributor, and union activation programs, Promotion, pricing, and campaign calendars.<br \/>\nEnsure plans are data-driven, practical, and executable.<\/p>\n<p>3. Advanced Task &amp; Project Management<\/p>\n<p>Manage multiple commercial initiatives using structured task and project management systems<br \/>\nBreak strategies into clear tasks, owners, timelines, and outputs<\/p>\n<p>Track risks, dependencies, and execution bottlenecks<br \/>\nDrive disciplined, system-based follow-up<\/p>\n<p>4. Serious Implementation &amp; Execution Follow-up<\/p>\n<p>Track daily, weekly, and monthly execution of sales and marketing activities<br \/>\nFollow up rigorously with sales, marketing, operations, distributors, unions, and dealers<br \/>\nIdentify gaps early, analyze root causes, and escalate practical solutions<\/p>\n<p>5. Sales Performance, KPI &amp; Business Analysis<\/p>\n<p>Monitor key KPIs: volume, revenue, active dealers, order frequency, market coverage<br \/>\nConduct plan vs actual, trend, and variance analysis<br \/>\nPrepare weekly CEO dashboards with corrective actions<\/p>\n<p>6. Field &amp; Market Intelligence<\/p>\n<p>Conduct structured field visits<br \/>\nCollect dealer, farmer, and union insights<br \/>\nMonitor competitor pricing, promotions, and distribution gaps<br \/>\nReport actionable market intelligence to the general manager<\/p>\n<p>7. ERP, CRM &amp; Reporting Excellence<\/p>\n<p>Ensure accurate and timely data capture in ERP \/ CRM systems<br \/>\nEnforce reporting discipline and data accuracy<br \/>\nConvert ERP data into executive-level insights<\/p>\n<p>8. Advanced Technology &amp; Digital Execution Management<\/p>\n<p>Use modern task &amp; project management systems to assign, track, escalate, and close actions<br \/>\nMaintain real-time execution dashboards for CEO visibility<br \/>\nEnforce a digital-first execution culture<\/p>\n<p>9.
