\nPosition Overview:
\nWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Tech & Infrastructure to lead our technology and infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee the design, implementation, and management of IT systems and infrastructure that support our business objectives
\n..Develop and deliver profitable systems-integration projects (ICT, power\/solar, security, automation) with disciplined PMO, quality, and safety standards.
\nMain Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Build pipeline, services catalog, and alliances; manage P&L.
\nRun bid governance, solution reviews, and project gating.
\nEnsure on-time\/on-budget delivery with robust QA\/QC and HSE.
\nIntroduce managed services and SLA-based support offers.
\nDevelop engineering talent, tools, and certifications.
\nDevelop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with the company\u2019s vision and goals.
\nManage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
\nOversee the design and maintenance of reliable IT infrastructure, including cloud services, networking, and security protocols.
\nLead a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
\nEstablish and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices to ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
\nCollaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.
\nStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive strategic initiatives.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualification and Experience:
\nEducation:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s in Electrical & Computer Engineering , Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master\u2019s degree preferred.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
10+ years in systems integration with 5+ years in delivery\/business leadership.<\/p>\n
Expertise:<\/p>\n
Solution architecture and bid management.
\nProject controls and contract administration (FIDIC).<\/p>\n
Knowledge:<\/p>\n
Local procurement\/tax\/customs for technical equipment.
\nHSE and QA\/QC standards for installation projects.<\/p>\n
Required Skills & Competencies:<\/p>\n
Program leadership and vendor management.
\nCommercial acumen and margin management.
