Getva Hotel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for managing hotel staff, optimizing operational efficiency, maintaining service standards, and driving overall business performance in line with the hotel\u2019s vision and goals.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Oversee and manage all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and security
\nEnsure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards and promptly addressing guest concerns
\nSupervise, train, motivate, and evaluate hotel staff to ensure productivity and professionalism
\nPrepare and manage operational budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue
\nMonitor room occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and sales performance
\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
\nDevelop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
\nCoordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers
\nPrepare operational and performance reports for management
\nHandle staff scheduling, performance management, and disciplinary actions when necessary<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
\n5\u20138 years of total work experience, with at least 3 years of direct experience in hotel operations or hotel management
\nProven experience managing hotel staff and day-to-day operations
\nStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
\nSolid knowledge of hotel management systems and operational procedures
\nFinancial management and budgeting skills
\nAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
\nStrong customer service orientation<\/p>\n
Preferred Skills<\/p>\n
Experience in mid-size or large hotel operations
\nKnowledge of local tourism and hospitality market
