Job Description<\/p>\n
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team
\nSet sales targets and ensure team members work toward achieving them
\nMonitor individual and team sales performance and provide feedback
\nMotivate, coach, and guide sales staff to improve productivity
\nTrain new sales employees on products, selling techniques, and company policies
\nEnsure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints when needed
\nMaintain strong relationships with key customers
\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management
\nEnforce company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices
\nAttend meetings and communicate sales updates to management
\nIdentify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
\nPerform other duties related to sales as assigned by management<\/p>\n

Sales Agronomist Skills and Qualifications:<\/p>\n
BSC degree in plant Science, Horticulture & Related Field
\nMore than four years of experience on.
\nKnowledgeable in certificate registration and E-service system operations
\nsolid communication skills, both written and verbal; organizational skills; planning skills; analytical skills; critical thinking skills; problem-solving skills; computer skills; multi-tasking abilities; integrity, honesty.
