\nRole Summary
\nThe Premium Sales Executive \u2013 Wholesale is responsible for managing and growing Bephon Hair Care\u2019s premium wholesale accounts within the Merkato market. The role involves full ownership of sales execution, including new account acquisition, account management, product availability and visibility, market share growth, promotional execution, payment follow-up, and sales reporting.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n\u2022 Identify, onboard, and manage premium wholesale accounts.
\n\u2022 Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
\n\u2022 Ensure product availability and premium brand visibility across assigned outlets.
\n\u2022 Execute trade marketing and promotional activities in line with brand guidelines.
\n\u2022 Collect and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
\n\u2022 Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, Production, and Marketing teams to support sales execution.
\n\u2022 Maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners and ensure policy compliance.
\n\u2022 Prepare and submit regular sales activity and performance reports.
\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)
\n\u2022 Sales target achievement and revenue growth.
\n\u2022 Number of active and newly acquired wholesale accounts.
\n\u2022 Product availability and visibility performance.
\n\u2022 Market share growth within the assigned territory.
\n\u2022 Timely reporting and effective payment collection.<\/p>\n
Compensations: ETB 20,000 salary + Commission + Performance based bonus<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
\n2\u20133 years of experience in wholesale sales within Cosmetics, Personal Care, or FMCG sectors.
\nStrong sales execution, planning, and reporting skills.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
