\nPCE Ventures Manufacturing PLC is a fast-growing manufacturing company engaged in impactful production, export-oriented leather goods manufacturing company. As part of our expansion, we are seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Logistics and Supply Chain team.
\nPosition Summary
\nThe Junior Logistics Officer will support import and export operations, shipment documentation, customs clearance facilitation, and logistics data management. The role requires close coordination with the Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant logistics operations.
\nKey Duties and Responsibilities
\nUnder the supervision of the Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator, the Junior Logistics Officer will:<\/p>\n
Prepare and process shipment and logistics documentation
\nFacilitate and follow up on import clearing procedures with relevant authorities
\nPrepare export documents and support export facilitation and execution
\nCoordinate with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and internal teams
\nManage logistics-related data, records, and documentation
\nPerform data entry, encoding, and reporting related to supply chain activities
\nSupport overall logistics and supply chain operations as assigned<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Education:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
0 to 2 years of relevant work experience
\nFresh graduates are encouraged to apply<\/p>\n
Skills and Competencies:<\/p>\n
Excellent command of spoken and written English
\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
\nGood working knowledge of Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Email)
\nGood organizational and documentation skills
\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy
\nAbility to work under supervision and as part of a team
\nWillingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment<\/p>\n
