\nJOB BRIEF<\/p>\n
A \u201cjunior accountant \u201d is a position with basic accounting tasks like data entry, invoice processing, and financial record keeping including, filing documents, and managing schedules, typically held by someone with entry-level accounting experience and strong organizational skills.<\/p>\n
. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.<\/p>\n
Responsible for preparation of all credit purchases or venders\u2019 payment with the time of schedule
\nResponsible for the preparation of all cheque payment for all of purchase request as per the company policy
\nResponsible for being a liason to Vendors , ERCA and other stakeholders and support in delivering transfer letter , collection Bank advice and invoices.
\nCapture data on the available system.
\nHandle and Admin petty cash.
\nEnsure before posting the transaction invoices are sequential or not.
\nPrepare daily plan & activities.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Verify all financial documents , prepare journal entries in relation to the accounting function and post to the ledger
\nAssisting in the preparation of company\u2019s financial statements and month \u2013 end closings
\nPost and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
\nUpdate accounts payable and perform reconciliations
\nAssist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
\nUpdate financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
\nPrepare and submit weekly\/monthly reports
