Core Accountability Areas<\/p>\n<p>The Territory Sales Supervisor is accountable for:<br \/>\n1.Retail sales performance within assigned territory<br \/>\n2.Field discipline and route execution<br \/>\n3.Pricing and credit compliance<br \/>\n4.Sales reporting accuracy<br \/>\n5.Retail customer relationship stability<\/p>\n<p>4. Key Responsibilities<br \/>\nA. Field Sales Execution<\/p>\n<p>Plan and manage daily and weekly sales routes<br \/>\nEnsure full coverage of assigned retail outlets<br \/>\nMonitor call frequency and order quality<br \/>\nCoach sales representatives on execution<\/p>\n<p>B. Performance Management<\/p>\n<p>Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets<br \/>\nTrack individual sales performance<br \/>\nConduct ride-along and field coaching<br \/>\nAddress underperformance quickly<\/p>\n<p>C. Pricing &amp; Credit Enforcement<\/p>\n<p>Ensure adherence to approved price lists<br \/>\nPrevent unauthorized discounts<br \/>\nMonitor customer credit and collections<br \/>\nEscalate credit risks immediately<\/p>\n<p>D. Reporting &amp; Discipline<\/p>\n<p>Collect and verify daily sales reports<br \/>\nValidate orders and customer data<br \/>\nSubmit accurate territory reports<br \/>\nEnforce reporting timelines<\/p>\n<p>E. Market &amp; Customer Feedback<\/p>\n<p>Monitor competitor activity<br \/>\nTrack customer complaints and issues<br \/>\nProvide feedback to management<br \/>\nIdentify micro-opportunities<\/p>\n<p>5. Decision Authority<br \/>\nThe Territory Sales Supervisor has authority to:<\/p>\n<p>Assign routes and territories<br \/>\nApprove routine customer orders<br \/>\nEnforce pricing and credit rules<br \/>\nRecommend disciplinary actions<br \/>\nEscalate exceptions<\/p>\n<p>6. Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in business or related field<br \/>\n3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in field sales<br \/>\nPrior supervisory experience preferred<br \/>\nStrong market knowledge<\/p>\n<p>8.
