\nMajor Duties and Responsibilities
\n. Comply with all financial regulations and standards.
\n\u2022 Perform daily data entry tasks to update and maintain accounting records.
\n\u2022 Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts payable\/receivable.
\n\u2022 Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
\n\u2022 Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
\n\u2022 Assist in generating financial reports and statements.
\n\u2022 Help ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
\n\u2022 Assist senior accountants with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1-2 Year Experience
\n\u2022 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
\n\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
\n\u2022 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
\n\u2022 Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
\n\u2022 Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
