\nRole Overview
\nThe HR Manager will lead the company\u2019s human resource strategy and operations, ensuring effective workforce planning, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. This role requires a proactive leader with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to align HR practices with Testi Trading\u2019s growth ambitions.
\nKey Responsibilities <\/p>\n
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company strategy.
\nLead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs across multiple departments.
\nOversee performance management systems, including KPI tracking and appraisal processes.
\nEnsure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and international HR standards.
\nDesign and deliver training and capacity-building programs for staff.
\nManage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
\nSupport organizational growth through succession planning and workforce development.
\nCollaborate with management to foster a positive organizational culture.<\/p>\n

About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications Education:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master\u2019s preferred).
\nMinimum 7\u201310 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in export, agribusiness, or multi-sector companies.
\nStrong knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws, HR compliance, and organizational development.
\nProven expertise in talent management, training, and employee engagement.
\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
