\nRole Overview
\nThe Senior Finance Manager will lead the company\u2019s financial strategy, planning, and compliance functions, ensuring robust systems to support multi-sector operations. This role requires a visionary leader with strong analytical skills, operational rigor, and the ability to align financial management with Testi Trading\u2019s growth ambitions.
\nKey Responsibilities <\/p>\n
Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with corporate goals.
\nEnsure regulatory compliance with Ethiopian and international accounting standards.
\nLead financial risk management, internal controls, and audit readiness.
\nSupervise finance teams across multiple zones, ensuring timely reporting and accountability.
\nManage cash flow, investment planning, and resource allocation for coffee, mining, and health projects.
\nDesign and implement KPI dashboards and financial monitoring tools for real-time oversight.
\nProvide strategic advice to the CEO, General Manager and Board on financial sustainability and expansion.
\nLiaise with banks, auditors, and government agencies to maintain strong institutional relationships.<\/p>\n

About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications Education:<\/p>\n
Master\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA\/ACCA certification preferred).
\nMinimum 8\u201310 years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in export, agribusiness, or multi-sector companies.
\nProven expertise in budgeting, compliance, and financial systems design.
\nStrong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws, IFRS, and international trade finance.
\nAdvanced Excel and ERP system skills; experience with integrated dashboards is an advantage.
