Job Summary<\/p>\n
The Cost & Budget Head is responsible for leading the organization\u2019s cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning functions. The role ensures efficient resource utilization, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial decision-making. The position plays a critical role in supporting operational excellence and long-term organizational growth.
\nSalary: \u2013 For as per Company scale and benefit packages.

About You<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications<\/p>\n
BA Degree in Accounting & Finance (Master\u2019s degree is an advantage).
\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance.
\nAt least 3 years in a senior-level position with leadership responsibilities.
\nExperience in the healthcare sector is highly advantageous<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Conduct detailed cost analysis and variance analysis.
\nMonitor operational and departmental cost performance.
\nOversee healthcare service costing and procedure-based costing.
\nLead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
\nDevelop strategic financial plans aligned with organizational goals.
\nCoordinate departmental budget preparation and consolidation.
\nMonitor budget execution and ensure variance control.
\nProvide periodic financial performance reports to management.
\nPrepare management reports with financial analysis and insights.
\nInterpret financial data to support executive decision-making.
