Our brand is respected globally as one of the major global accounting organizations.<br \/>\nJob Summary<br \/>\nThe job holder is responsible to manage the recruitment, screening, record maintenance and facilitation activities, and provide support for all employees while preparing training and performance plan; maintain all the hard and soft copy documents in a secured manner and deal with any employee requests regarding human resources issues.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n1. HR Operations &amp; Implementation<\/p>\n<p>Assist in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.<br \/>\nSupport the development and execution of HR plans as guided by management.<br \/>\nImplement HR policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with approved frameworks.<br \/>\nEnsure HR activities are carried out according to the firm\u2019s policies and procedures.<br \/>\nMaintain and update job descriptions and job requirements for all positions.<br \/>\nSupport the execution of personnel management policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>2. Employee Relations<\/p>\n<p>Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.<br \/>\nAddress employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues and escalate complex matters to management.<br \/>\nSupport supervisors in managing employee relations matters.<br \/>\nPromote a positive and professional work environment.<\/p>\n<p>3. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<\/p>\n<p>Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.<br \/>\nParticipate in job interviews and provide recommendations to management.<br \/>\nFacilitate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.<br \/>\nPrepare employment documentation in coordination with management.<br \/>\nReview employment contracts for completeness before final approval by management.<\/p>\n<p>4. Performance Management<\/p>\n<p>Support the implementation of the performance appraisal system.<br \/>\nCoordinate performance evaluation processes for associates and senior associates.<br \/>\nAssist supervisors in conducting staff performance evaluations.<br \/>\nCompile and prepare performance reports for management review.<\/p>\n<p>5. Training &amp; Development<\/p>\n<p>Identify training needs in collaboration with supervisors.<br \/>\nCoordinate and monitor employee training programs.<br \/>\nTrack training effectiveness and maintain training records.<\/p>\n<p>6. HR Systems &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n<p>Maintain HR databases and employee records.<br \/>\nPrepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation as required.<br \/>\nCollect and analyze HR data to support decision-making.<br \/>\nEnsure confidentiality and accuracy of HR records.<\/p>\n<p>7. Compliance &amp; Administration<\/p>\n<p>Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company regulations.<br \/>\nMonitor compliance requirements and report potential risks to management.<br \/>\nFollow up on HR-related administrative tasks and documentation.<br \/>\nSupport audits and internal reviews related to HR functions.<\/p>\n<p>8.
