Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company\u2019s business goals.
\nPlan and manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all staff.
\nDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
\nOversee employee performance management systems and staff appraisal processes.
\nManage employee relations, discipline, and grievance handling.
\nEnsure compliance with national labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations.
\nDesign and implement training and development programs to improve employee performance.
\nAdminister compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
\nMaintain employee records and HR information systems.
\nPrepare HR reports and workforce planning data for management.
\nSupervise administrative functions including office management, facility management, and logistics.
\nManage office supplies, company assets, and administrative service providers.
\nSupport management in organizational development and change management initiatives.
\nEnsure effective internal communication and employee engagement.
\nCoordinate health and safety practices within the workplace in colaboration with SHE officer<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Minimum Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
\nMinimum 10 years of relevant HR and administrative management experience of which at least 5 years in senior managerial role.
\nExperience in real estate, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
\nStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
