Under supervision of Finance manager ensures financial data integrity by managing month-end closes, reconciling complex accounts, and preparing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements). Key duties include analyzing variances, ensuring regulatory compliance, assisting with audits, mentoring junior staff, and optimizing accounting processes to support management decision-making
\nJob Summary and Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Manage all accounting transactions
\nPrepare cheque and post the Transaction.
\nAssist payroll preparations and Related
\nHandle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
\nReconcile accounts payable and receivable
\nEnsure timely bank payments
\nCompute and report taxes and prepare tax returns on Tass
\nManage balance sheets and profit\/loss statements
\nAudit financial transactions and documents
\nReinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
\nComply with financial policies and regulations<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n
Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.<\/p>\n
