The role involves supervising site operations, coordinating with contractors and project teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective implementation of engineering designs and construction plans.<br \/>\nMajor Duties &amp; Responsibilities<br \/>\nSite Management<br \/>\nSupervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site activities.<br \/>\nEnsure work is executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.<br \/>\nMonitor site progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.<br \/>\nCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for efficient site operations.<br \/>\n2. Technical Supervision<br \/>\nReview engineering drawings, designs, and project plans before execution.<br \/>\nProvide technical guidance to site staff and construction teams.<br \/>\nIdentify and resolve technical issues during construction.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with engineering standards and construction best practices.<br \/>\n3. Quality Assurance &amp; Compliance<br \/>\nEnsure construction activities meet required quality standards and specifications.<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.<br \/>\nMaintain proper documentation and site reports.<br \/>\nConduct site inspections and quality control checks regularly.<br \/>\n4. Project Coordination<br \/>\nCollaborate with project managers, consultants, architects, and engineers.<br \/>\nMonitor project schedules and coordinate resources to meet deadlines.<br \/>\nAssist in planning construction activities and resource allocation.<br \/>\nReport project progress and challenges to senior management.<br \/>\n5. Health &amp; Safety Management<br \/>\nImplement and monitor workplace health and safety procedures.<br \/>\nEnsure workers comply with safety regulations and use protective equipment.<br \/>\nConduct safety briefings and risk assessments before site operations.<br \/>\n6. Leadership &amp; Team Development<br \/>\nSupervise site engineers, technicians, and construction workers.<br \/>\nProvide training and guidance to junior engineering staff.<br \/>\nPromote teamwork, discipline, and high performance within the site team.<br \/>\nAbout You<br \/>\nEducation:<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.<br \/>\nProfessional engineering certification is an advantage.<br \/>\nExperience:<br \/>\nMinimum of Ten years of relevant experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
