\nThe Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for managing the implementation of the hotel\u2019s sales and marketing strategies and for achieving the budgeted top-line revenue. The role is responsible for maximizing profitability for the hotel and ensuring the delivery of outstanding service to all customers.

Qualification
\nPREREQUISITES:
\nHigh degree of commercial awareness; able to understand the link between sales and profit, with excellent sales and negotiation skills. Good business sense and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
\nJob Requirement<\/p>\n
Degree\/Master\u2019s in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel Management
\n3 years or above experience as a sales and marketing Director
\nGreat Leadership & managerial skills, and an excellent team player
\nGreat interpersonal skills, communication skills, and passion for the industry
\nGreat skill in computers and able to work with Microsoft Office and other programs
\nOwn a driver\u2019s license
\nFluent in spoken & written English, additional language skill is advantageous
\nStrong understanding of digital marketing, including web analytics metrics and tools.
