\nWe are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee records management, and documentation. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while ensuring compliance with organizational standards. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic HR environment.
\nDuties and Responsibilities
\nRecruitment & Onboarding <\/p>\n
Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
\nSupport the collection and organization of candidate documents
\nAssist in preparing onboarding documentation for new hires
\nSupport the onboarding process to ensure smooth employee experience<\/p>\n
Record Management<\/p>\n
Assist in organizing and maintaining both physical and digital employee records
\nAssists in securely storing records in accordance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
\nAssist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documentation
\nAssist in ensuring that HR documentation complies with legal and company-specific regulations<\/p>\n
Miscellaneous assignments<\/p>\n
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR processes
\nAssists in preparing reports related to HR documentation
\nAssist in collecting and tracking monthly hard copy Time sheets if there are any
\nProvide support in organizing and facilitating HR events and activities
\nAny assignment assigned by the line manager<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related social fields with 0-1 year of experience (previous experience as an HR intern is an added advantage)<\/p>\n
Experience and Skills<\/p>\n
Knowledge of Microsoft applications software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
\nStrong interest in developing a career in HR.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills (both Amharic & English)
\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.
