We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance & Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for the finance, administration, procurement, site management and human resource functions of our site in Bekoji.
\nAlong with our Head of Education and Head of Child Care you will report to the Project Director and will play a key strategic role to enhance the support given to over 500 beneficiaries and their families, empowering them to break the cycle of poverty.

About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management or a related field
\nMinimum 7 years\u2019 senior leadership experience in finance and operational management<\/p>\n
Essential<\/p>\n
Significant experience in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, audit coordination and regulatory compliance
\nExperience overseeing facilities, procurement and support services
\nTrack record of strengthening internal controls and risk management practises
\nExperience supporting safeguarding, governance and organisational compliance frameworks<\/p>\n
Desirable<\/p>\n
Master\u2019s degree in relevant discipline.
\nA recognised professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent)
\nExperience working within NGOs, donor-funded programmes or international development organisations
