About the Job<\/p>\n
Performs all workshop administrative and technical routines.
\nProvides all necessary assistance in the implementation of workshop administrative and technical matters.
\nHelps in the preparation and compilation of technical data and periodic workshop activity reports.
\nAssists and controls technicians for clock in and clock out activities.
\nDrafts memorandum and correspondence as required.
\nProvides relevant and appropriate information in response to routine inquiries from pertinent offices as per established procedures.
\nFollows up on pending matters and informs Immediate Supervisor on current status;
\nEnsuring that health and safety standards are upheld and enforcing protocols and conducting regular safety inspections.
\nPerforms other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field<\/p>\n
Skills
\nTechnical Skills:<\/p>\n
Understanding of vehicle components and repair procedures.<\/p>\n
Soft Skills:<\/p>\n
Effective communication, teamwork and problem-solving<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
4+ years in workshop controller position.
