\nPosition Summary
\nWe are looking for motivated Junior Technicians to support battery refurbishment and assembly, solar system installation and maintenance, and workshop and field operations.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Assist in battery dismantling, testing, and assembly
\nSupport solar system installation and maintenance
\nUse tools for measurement, wiring, and testing
\nFollow safety procedures and SOPs
\nSupport technicians and engineers in daily operations
\nMaintain tools, equipment, and workshop organization<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications<\/p>\n
Diploma or TVET in Electrical \/ Electronics \/ Renewable Energy or related field
\n0\u20132 years\u2019 experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
\nBasic understanding of electrical systems
\nWillingness to learn and work hands-on<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n
Experience with solar systems or battery systems
\nStrong work ethic and discipline
\nAbility to work in workshop and field environments<\/p>\n
