We are committed to increasing access to reliable energy while creating impact through scalable and results-oriented business systems.<br \/>\nAbout the Role<br \/>\nLydetco PLC is seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Sales Representatives to support the aggressive expansion of our Solar Home Systems (SHS) and other solar product lines across Ethiopia. This role is critical in driving revenue growth through active selling, customer engagement, and market expansion initiatives.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Drive sales of Solar Home Systems (SHS) and other solar products to meet and exceed assigned targets<br \/>\nConduct daily outbound sales calls, client visits, and follow-ups<br \/>\nIdentify and engage potential customers, agents, and institutional clients<br \/>\nSupport agent onboarding and relationship management<br \/>\nParticipate in sales events, activations, and field campaigns<br \/>\nMaintain accurate customer records and sales tracking by using CRM tools or software<br \/>\nProvide regular market feedback, including competitor activity and customer insights<br \/>\nCollaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth delivery<\/p>\n<p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<\/p>\n<p>Monthly and quarterly sales target achievement<br \/>\nDaily\/weekly sales activity levels (calls, visits, follow-ups)<br \/>\nLead generation and conversion rate<br \/>\nCustomer acquisition and retention<br \/>\nCRM\/data reporting compliance<\/p>\n<p>About You<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<\/p>\n<p>BA Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields<br \/>\nMinimum 3+ years proven sales experience (preferably in solar, energy, FMCG, or related sectors)<br \/>\nStrong communication and negotiation skills<br \/>\nResults-oriented with a strong execution mindset<br \/>\nAbility to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets<br \/>\nProficiency in Amharic and English (written and spoken).
