The successful candidate will play a central role in positioning the firm as a trusted advisor to a broad range of institutional and development-focused clients.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\nStrategic Business Development<\/p>\n<p>Develop and implement sector-focused business development strategies across:<\/p>\n<p>Financial services (banks, insurance companies, microfinance institutions, and regulators)<br \/>\nPublic sector institutions<br \/>\nDevelopment partners (multilateral and bilateral donors, DFIs, and international NGOs)<\/p>\n<p>Identify emerging market opportunities and support the firm\u2019s strategic expansion priorities<\/p>\n<p>Client Engagement &amp; Relationship Development<\/p>\n<p>Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across target sectors<br \/>\nEngage decision-makers in both public and private institutions to understand needs and position relevant solutions<br \/>\nSupport long-term partnership development with institutional clients and development partners<br \/>\nStrengthen the firm\u2019s visibility and credibility within key industry ecosystems<\/p>\n<p>Revenue Growth &amp; Pipeline Management<\/p>\n<p>Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities across priority sectors<br \/>\nDrive conversion of opportunities into high-quality client engagements<br \/>\nSupport pricing strategy, commercial structuring, and contract negotiations<br \/>\nMonitor market trends to inform pipeline development and targeting strategies<\/p>\n<p>Proposal &amp; Tender Leadership<\/p>\n<p>Lead or coordinate the preparation of high-quality proposals for public sector and donor-funded opportunities<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with procurement requirements of government and development organizations<br \/>\nCollaborate with internal teams to develop competitive and client-focused solutions<\/p>\n<p>Market Representation &amp; Thought Leadership<\/p>\n<p>Represent the firm in industry forums, policy dialogues, and professional networks<br \/>\nContribute to strengthening the firm\u2019s brand visibility in financial services and development ecosystems<br \/>\nSupport development of insights and thought leadership relevant to target sectors<\/p>\n<p>About You<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp;
