\nJob Title: Junior Accountant
\nEmployment Type: Full-time
\nSalary: Negotiation
\nWork Station: At factory Location: Tulefa town nearer to Federal Government of Ethiopia prison polices training institution Fiche town, 50-to 55km distant from Addis Ababa.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Record and maintain accurate financial transactions
\nAssist in maintaining the general ledger and performing account reconciliations
\nTrack and analyze manufacturing costs (materials, labor, and overhead)
\nAssist in calculating cost per unit (per pair of shoes)
\nManage accounting for raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods
\nProcess supplier invoices and support accounts payable\/receivable activities
\nAssist in preparing monthly financial and cost reports
\nSupport month-end and year-end closing processes
\nEnsure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards
\nCoordinate with production, warehouse, and procurement team<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or related fields
\nMinimum 3 years experience in accounting
\nAt least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing industry preferably footwear, textile, or related sectors
\nBasic understanding of accounting principles (IFRS or GAAP)
\nKnowledge of cost accounting and inventory management
\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage<\/p>\n
