We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Debre-Birhan.
\nThe ideal candidate will manage all financial documentation, tax compliance, and government-related finance matters.<\/p>\n
Prior experience working within special economic zones is highly preferred.
\nPrepare, review, and maintain financial records and reports.
\nHandle tax filings, compliance, duty-free, and communication with local government authorities.
\nManage company finance-related paperwork, including invoices, contracts, and export documentation.
\nEnsure compliance with Ethiopian financial regulations.
\nSupport audits and provide accurate financial data to management.
\nCollaborate with management teams and international clients to ensure smooth financial operations.<\/p>\n

About You<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
\nMinimum of 3 years of accounting experience, prior experience working within special economic zones is highly preferred, or in the solar energy field within Ethiopia.
\nStrong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and government financial regulations.
\nProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
\nExcellent communication skills in English.
