\nCCECC Ethiopian Branch would like to hire competent applicants for the following vacant positions. We are seeking Senior Electrical Design Engineers with proven expertise in power system design and weak current\/IT network system design to lead the company\u2019s new and ongoing construction projects at various phases.
\nThe successful candidates must be able to independently complete full project designs, from concept to final documentation, for large-scale office buildings and infrastructure projects. They will be responsible for designing power supply and distribution systems, IT network systems, data centers, and Building Management Systems (BMS), ensuring compliance with Ethiopian standards and international best practices.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Independently design and prepare technical documentation for electrical systems in buildings
\nDevelop power supply and distribution systems (for Power System Design role)
\nDesign IT network systems, weak current systems, Data Centers, and BMS systems (for IT System Design role)
\nPrepare detailed electrical drawings using CAD and other engineering software
\nEnsure all designs meet Ethiopian design standards, codes, and safety requirements
\nLead coordination efforts with other design disciplines for fully integrated project solutions
\nParticipate in technical reviews, project meetings, and provide expert guidance to junior engineers<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering
\nMinimum 5 years of relevant work experience in electrical design
\nHolds a PPEE certificate (Professional Practice of Electrical Engineering)
\nSkilled in both power system design and weak current system design
\nExtensive experience in designing large-scale office buildings
\nProven ability to independently complete entire project designs
\nFamiliar with Ethiopian electrical and construction standards
\nProficient in AutoCAD and other design and analysis software
\nExcellent communication and technical writing skills in English
