ROLE SUMMARY
\nUnder the supervision of the Finance Manager, the Senior Finance Officer is responsible for overseeing and executing advanced financial operations, ensuring all transactions comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. The role involves leading financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions, while providing technical guidance to finance staff and supporting strategic decision-making to enhance the organization\u2019s financial performance and sustainability.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n\u00b7 Financial Management& Oversight: Provide strategic financial advice to executive management; develop cost-optimization strategies, conduct financial risk assessments, and provide technical mentorship to the finance team.
\n\u00b7 Shared Financial Administration: Harmonize financial operations across different business units to ensure resource efficiency and adherence to corporate financial policies.
\n\u00b7 Share Capital & Equity Management: Maintain precise records of member contributions; actively track and facilitate the collection of unpaid\/outstanding shares.
\n\u00b7 Payroll Administration: Oversee the complete payroll cycle, ensuring accurate calculation of compensation and timely filing of statutory deductions (Pension and Income Tax).
\n\u00b7 Financial Reporting & Audit: Prepare high-quality financial statements under IFRS; manage tax compliance (VAT, WHT, etc.), and lead the year-end external audit process.
\n\u00b7 Budgeting & Treasury Management: Formulate budgets, monitor variance, and manage liquidity and cash flow to support the company\u2019s operational and strategic goals.
\n\u00b7 Compliance & Audit: Ensure timely tax filings (VAT, WHT, etc.) and lead year-end closing and external audit coordination.

A minimum of a MA\/MSC\/BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance or other related fields<\/p>\n
