\nJob Summary:
\nCCECC Ethiopian Branch is seeking qualified and experienced Architects to join its Design Department. The ideal candidates will have proven experience in architectural design, including projects involving offices, hospitals, and banks. The role involves preparing architectural drawings, BOQs, and ensuring compliance with Ethiopian work standards. Strong collaboration, technical design skills, and proficiency in architectural software are essential.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Prepare architectural working drawings and detailed design plans
\nDevelop BOQs and construction documentation
\nEnsure all designs meet Ethiopian building codes and work standards
\nCollaborate with engineers and project managers during planning and execution phases
\nApply creativity and technical knowledge to design practical and innovative solutions
\nUse advanced software tools to produce 2D\/3D architectural visualizations
\nParticipate in client meetings and site visits as needed<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Educational Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Engineering
\nAdditional certifications or training in architectural design software is an asset<\/p>\n
Work Experience:<\/p>\n
More than 5years of relevant experience in architectural design (Senior-level).
\nProven involvement in design projects for offices, hospitals, banks, etc.
\nStrong understanding of Ethiopian architectural standards and construction practices.<\/p>\n
Skills Required:<\/p>\n
Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
\nGood understanding of building codes, materials, and structural principles
\nStrong visualization, drawing, and presentation skills
\nEffective time management and project coordination skills
\nExcellent English communication (spoken and written)
\nTeam-oriented, dependable, and able to follow work directives
