\nJob Summary
\nThe Integration Engineer is expected to analyze, prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a node, network, or system. The scope includes scenarios such as introduction, upgrade, expansion, functionality, and capacity as part of customer legacy. The candidate must be able to work in a multi-vendor environment.
\nResponsibilities & Tasks <\/p>\n
Perform analytical, investigative, and design activities related to wireless communication systems including GSM, WCDMA, and LTE
\nGSM, WCDMA & LTE integration and troubleshooting, preventive maintenance of all RAN nodes, and implementing change requests
\nInterpretation and preparation of network rollout\/integration plans (LLD, HLD, RND \u2013 CCR\/CDD)
\nUse required tools, methods, and processes according to Service Delivery Instructions
\nProvide detailed progress and status reports
\nPrepare and update Method of Procedures (MoP) for GSM, WCDMA, and LTE
\nEnsure projects are delivered according to the agreed MoP
\nPerform software upgrades of RAN network elements
\nSupport pre-sales activities and interpret solution documents
\nProvide on-call support after office hours for RAN-related issues
\nInitiate changes in processes or procedures when required
\nSupport field technicians to resolve RBS faults
\nSIU\/TCU integration, troubleshooting, configuration and support
\nFOA, FNI and feature activations for all RAN nodes
\nRun system and functionality tests with knowledge of IP networks<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements <\/p>\n
4\u20138 years of experience as a RAN Integration Engineer (GSM, WCDMA, LTE, IP Networking, MPLS)
\nBEng\/BSc\/HND or equivalent in Engineering or related fields
\nBEng in Computer Engineering, Information and Communication Engineering or Technology, Electrical\/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
\nWorking knowledge of Ericsson RAN products (RBS, RNC, BSC, Antenna products)
\nExperience integrating nodes to ENM and activating counters
\nKnowledge of Access Transport Network functionalities and IP Routing
\nExperience with KPI improvement, configuration, and troubleshooting<\/p>\n
