Job Purpose<\/p>\n
Responsible to recruit farmers, training them and supporting them on implementing certifications rules and regulations. Also responsible for Overall compliance at production sites and farmers\/community relations.<\/p>\n
Main Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Serves as focal person for all certification and standards-related needs
\nRecruits and registers farmers , signs an agreement on behalf of the Company
\nTrains outgrowing farmers in annual basis and provide technical support
\nRecruits, trains and mobilizes internal inspectors
\nPlans and undertakes internal inspections
\nUndertakes yield estimation and reports it to site managers and the certification department
\nOrganizes field data, makes an updates
\nPrepares certification documents and submits on timely basis
\nPrepares traceability documentation and makes a follow up
\nMonitors the implementation of policy documents, quality manuals, Standard Operational Procedures, at site level
\nPerforms other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualification<\/p>\n
BSC in Environmental science, Agriculture, Natural resource Management, or other related fields.
\nExcellent in writing ,Reading and Speaking of Afan oromo and Gedewegna language is mandatory.<\/p>\n
