\nMain Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop a sustainability strategy in collaboration with the senior management
\nManagement of the Ama Commitment Charity.
\nMonitor, report, and evaluate effectiveness of sustainability program implementations.
\nIdentify areas of inefficiency and unsustainable corporate practices.
\nManage certification process and procedures.
\nForge relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders and leverage these relationships towards conducting successful sustainability projects.<\/p>\n

About You<\/p>\n
Job requirements:<\/p>\n
Experience in acquiring and maintaining Rainforest Alliance certification
\nMinimum 5 years working in sustainability, ideally within the coffee sector
\nHigh levels of personal motivation + initiative
\nWillingness to travel outside of Addis Ababa regularly<\/p>\n
