The role focuses on consultative selling, opportunity development, contract negotiation, and pre-tender engagement within a structured sales environment.<br \/>\nYou will support a sales lead and manage a defined portfolio of strategic clients, including financial institutions (BFIs), INGOs, and other enterprise accounts, with a strong focus on revenue delivery, account growth, and long-term relationship development.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n1. Key Account Management &amp; Revenue Growth<\/p>\n<p>Drive direct and indirect sales performance across assigned key accounts<br \/>\nAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets<br \/>\nIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities within strategic accounts<br \/>\nIncrease share of wallet through structured account penetration strategies<br \/>\nDevelop and execute account growth plans for assigned clients<br \/>\nExpand revenue through upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts<\/p>\n<p>2. Sales Execution &amp; Opportunity Development<\/p>\n<p>Prospect and qualify new opportunities within assigned B2B portfolio<br \/>\nLead client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations (virtual and in-person)<br \/>\nManage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure<br \/>\nSupport pre-tender and bid preparation activities in collaboration with internal teams<br \/>\nMaintain a strong, accurate, and disciplined sales pipeline<\/p>\n<p>3. Client Relationship Management<\/p>\n<p>Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers<br \/>\nServe as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts<br \/>\nEnsure high levels of client satisfaction and engagement<br \/>\nResolve commercial and operational issues in coordination with internal teams<br \/>\nStrengthen account retention and long-term partnership value<\/p>\n<p>4. Internal Collaboration &amp; Deal Execution<\/p>\n<p>Collaborate with tender, proposal, legal, product, and operations teams to develop client solutions<br \/>\nEnsure accurate pricing, proposals, and contract alignment with internal policies<br \/>\nCoordinate internal approvals and ensure timely execution of deals<br \/>\nTranslate client requirements into actionable internal deliverables<\/p>\n<p>5.
