\nPurpose of the Job
\nThe purpose of this job is to perform duties related to recruitment, placement, reward and benefit management; perform leave management, activities related to performance management; maintenance of personnel records and files; perform activities related to employee contract termination and duties related to employee relation issues.
\nMajor duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Prepare vacancy announcements, review and organize the applicants\u2019 documents, make preliminary screening, facilitates the selection process, drafts the notices of the result, and notifies the selected candidate.
\nFollows-up fulfillment of all documentations, guarantee issues, cost sharing documents and pension registrations by selected candidates.
\nDrafts and prepares offer and other letters to the selected candidate and encourages the candidates immediate reporting to duty.
\nFollows-up probation period of new employees and urges units to conduct probation evaluations on time.
\nPrepares promotional announcements, reviews applications for promotion, checks and verifies minimum qualification requirements and makes ready the applicants\u2019 data for the promotional process.
\nPerform Salary and benefit survey of similar organizations and other competitive organization and provide analytical report to supervisor and implements it when authorized
\nReceives appeal letters of employees, investigate cases and proposes actions to provide solutions to an aggrieved employee.
\nFollows-up employee benefit provision and ensures their timely provision and recommends necessary corrective actions.
\nPerforms activities related to employment contract termination and other employee relation issues.
\nMaintains personnel records and data on issues related to hiring, promotion, transfer, reshuffling, leave management, benefit and reward related data, etc.
\nPerforms other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Required Knowledge and skills (Competence)
\nEducation<\/p>\n
BA or MA degree in Supplies or Purchasing Management or Supply Chain Management<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
