Job Summary
\nThe Admin and Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company\u2019s financial activities, office administration, tax compliance, reporting, and operational support for both the tour and travel business and the caf\u00e9 operation. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, technologically capable, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Amharic.
\nKey Duties and Responsibilities
\nFinance & Accounting<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
\nHandle bank reconciliations and cash flow management
\nManage payments, invoices, payroll, and expense tracking
\nEnsure compliance with Ethiopian tax laws and ERCA procedures
\nPrepare VAT, withholding tax, pension, and other statutory filings
\nSupport budgeting and financial planning activities
\nCoordinate with external auditors and government offices when required
\nUse accounting software, spreadsheets, and office applications effectively<\/p>\n

Required Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
\nJunior or mid-level professional experience in accounting and administration
\nGood understanding of Ethiopian ERCA and tax procedures
\nExperience in bookkeeping and financial reporting
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications
\nGood knowledge of media, digital tools, and technology
\nStrong communication skills in both English and Amharic
\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities<\/p>\n
Preferred Skills<\/p>\n
Experience in hospitality, caf\u00e9, tourism, or travel industry is an advantage
\nFamiliarity with accounting software
\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills
\nGood customer handling and interpersonal communication
