\nPOSITION SUMMARY:
\nThe individual in this role is responsible for enhancing the profitability of the hotel business by implementing effective financial strategies and monitoring performance metrics. This includes maintaining accurate and timely financial reports to provide a clear overview of the hotel\u2019s financial health. They must also establish and uphold appropriate levels of internal control to safeguard the organization\u2019s assets and ensure operational efficiency. Additionally, the individual must ensure strict compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, staying informed about legal requirements to mitigate risks and uphold the hotel\u2019s reputation in the industry.<\/p>\n

Job Requirements<\/p>\n
Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance
\nMinimum of 4-6 years\u2019 experience as Finance Director, Finance Manager in a 4*\/5* international hotel
\nStrategic thinker with extensive knowledge in planning & forecasting
\nComputer literate, including systems implementation & knowledge of SUN, Opera & Micros
\nOutstanding leadership competencies, including skills in training, coaching & motivating
\nStrong technical accounting, finance & taxation skills.
\nPreparation, review, analysis & presentation of management & statutory reporting.
