\nWe are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Transport Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy, expand business opportunities, manage key client accounts, and strengthen our market position in the transport and automotive logistics sector. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and build long-term client partnerships.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nMarketing Strategy & Promotion<\/p>\n
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to transport and logistics services.
\nConduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
\nPlan and manage promotional campaigns, branding initiatives, and advertising programs.
\nOversee digital marketing, website content, SEO, and social media engagement.
\nOrganize marketing events, exhibitions, and public relations activities.
\nMonitor marketing performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.<\/p>\n
Client & Key Account Management<\/p>\n
Manage and maintain relationships with key corporate and high-value clients.
\nDevelop customized transport and logistics solutions to meet customer needs.
\nPrepare proposals, presentations, and service offers for major clients.
\nLead contract negotiations in coordination with legal and operations teams.
\nMonitor account performance and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
\nResolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining strong professional relationships.<\/p>\n
Business Development & Sales Growth<\/p>\n
Identify new market segments, customers, and business expansion opportunities.
\nSupport tender preparation, proposal development, and pricing strategy formulation.
\nBuild partnerships with private companies, government institutions, and NGOs.
\nTrack industry developments to ensure competitive positioning.<\/p>\n
Team Leadership & Internal Coordination<\/p>\n
Lead, mentor, and supervise marketing and sales team members.
\nWork closely with operations, finance, and customer service teams to align marketing activities with company goals.
\nEnsure smooth communication between marketing, operations, and management.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications & Skills<\/p>\n
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or transport\/logistics sector.
\nProven leadership experience in marketing or sales management.
\nStrong knowledge of Ethiopia\u2019s transport, automotive, and logistics industry.
\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools; digital marketing skills are an advantage.
\nStrong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and results-driven mindset.
