\nAbout This Role
\nThe Senior Project Coordinator will lead the implementation of the ECD and CFS pilot program in Berhale Refugee Camp, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder coordination, and progress reporting. Working closely with field teams and partners, the role aims to enhance services for refugee children.
\nPrimary Responsibilities
\nRESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
\n1.Project Implementation & Coordination<\/p>\n
Ensure timely and effective implementation of project(s) according to approved project outlines and approved monthly activity and budget plans in Berhale Refugee Camp and host communities.
\nEnsure project activities align with the overall objectives and timeline.
\nSupervise and support field staff
\nCoordinate training and capacity-building initiatives for caregivers, teachers, and community workers.
\nReport possible project risks to respective CO team members in a timely and transparent manner.<\/p>\n
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Management<\/p>\n
Liaise with local authorities, refugee camp management, NGOs, UN agencies, and other stakeholders.
\nEngage with community leaders, parents, and caregivers to ensure active participation.
\nRepresent the organization in coordination meetings and working groups related to child protection and ECD.<\/p>\n
3. Monitoring, Evaluation, & Reporting<\/p>\n
Develop indicators to assess the impact on children\u2019s developmental progress, caregiver satisfaction, and service quality.
\nTrack project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs).
\nPrepare and submit timely progress reports to the Emergency program Manager and other stakeholders as appropriate.

4. Financial & Administrative Oversight<\/p>\n
Manage, track, update and coordinate the implementation of project\u2019s plans and budgets.
\nEnsure efficient budget management and adherence to approved budget and donor compliance
\nMaintain accurate documentation and records of activities.<\/p>\n
5. Child Protection & Safeguarding<\/p>\n
Ensure all project activities comply with child protection and safeguarding policies.
\nTrain and sensitize staff and community members on child protection principles.
\nReport and address any child protection concerns in a timely and ethical manner.<\/p>\n

About You<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in early childhood development, Education, Social Work, International Development, or a related field (master\u2019s degree preferred).
\nMinimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in refugee or humanitarian settings.
\nStrong knowledge of ECD, child protection, and psychosocial support (PSS) in humanitarian contexts.
\nExperience working with refugee communities, NGOs, UN agencies, or local government authorities.<\/p>\n
