MeQrez Health Services is a share company established in October 2020, dedicated to strengthening Ethiopia\u2019s healthcare sector. \nMajor Responsibilities of this role<\/p>\n
Manage inventory levels to ensure that medications and products are adequately stocked while minimizing waste.
\nConduct regular inventory audits and manage the ordering process for pharmaceuticals and supplies.
\nOversee daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that all processes run smoothly.
\nTrain, and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and support staff.
\nConduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
\nEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or complaints.
\nEnsure that the pharmacy complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to the sale of pharmaceuticals.
\nMaintain accurate records for controlled substances and other regulated items.<\/p>\n
Salary: \u2013 For both job positions, As Per Company scale and benefit packages.
\nPlace of work: \u2013 Addis Ababa.
\nClosing Date: \u2013 Seven consecutive days including Saturday from date of this announcement.

About You<\/p>\n
BSc in Pharma or related fields with at least five years demonstrated work experience.
\nComprehensive understanding of import and analytical skills for evaluating supplier performance.
\nIn-depth knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes.
\nInventory management expertise and cost control.
\nStrong communication and relationship-building abilities.
\nAttention to detail and accuracy in procurement documentation.
\nProficiency in Inventory Management software and ERP systems.
