Rocind Gut Health & Wellness Centre (Karen, Nairobi) is seeking a proactive, organized, and highly professional Administrator to support executive coordination and internal operations as the Center expands its wellness and awareness initiatives across Africa.
This role is central to ensuring smooth workflows, structured communication, and efficient administrative systems that reflect the premium standard of Rocind’s mission-driven model.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, Higher National Diploma, or equivalent certification in Business Administration/Management, or related fields
A postgraduate diploma or Master’s qualification will be considered a strong advantage
A diploma with relevant administrative experience, particularly in compliance or executive support, is welcome.
Core Responsibilities
Managing client and stakeholder communication in a structured and professional manner
Coordinating meetings, seminars, and corporate wellness events
Maintaining digital records, internal documentation, and administrative filing systems
Providing executive support to the Director with discretion and professionalism
Preparing and coordinating corporate wellness programs and awareness initiatives
Supporting the submission and filing of company tax returns
