Summary
We are looking for a motivated agent to join our team. We shall offer free training to familiarise you with our operations.
You will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls and successfully closing sales to achieve the companies sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Generate leads through various channels and identify sales opportunities.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the specified timeframe.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
Maintain and develop relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
Provide feedback on customer needs, interests, and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Relevant Certificates in a related field (e.g., Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or similar).
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation & closing skills
Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work with minimum supervision
Ability to multitasking
Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork
Strong organizational & time management skills
